California Rebel gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of the purchase. Please carefully review our policy. - All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns are for Store Credit ONLY and will be issued via coupon.
- Exchanges are for the SAME item but in a different SIZE.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you may still return the item.
- Sale items
- Hats or Hair Accessories
- Intimates, Tights, or Hosiery
- Swimwear with missing or unattached sanitary liners
- Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Fill out a return form and place it into the package with your invoice and item (s).
- Email email@example.com to notify your desire to return an item. (Include your full name, invoice number, and problem with item)
- At this time, we do not provide return labels. USPS will be able to assist you with this.
- If the requested item and size are not in stock, we will process the exchange as a store credit.
- Once your exchange has been delivered to California Rebel, please allow 5-7 business days for your new item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your order.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from our order, please contact email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order, so that we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in attempt to make changes to your order if it has not already been processed.
